"Mitchell Kwak Johnson" is an aspiring Producer and sometimes "interdisciplinary artist and filmmaker" residing in Los Angeles, CA.

In production, I've worked as an Art Director, Camera Assistant, Grip, Post Production Coordinator, Editor, Assistant Editor, Production Manager, and Production Assistant on a variety of commercial and independent projects, with a past emphasis on feature documentaries. Notable films I've contributed services to include Crip Camp (2020), Forastera (Short, 2020), Chasing Childhood (2020), and Tre Maison Dasan (2018). I previously worked at independent animation studio Six Point Harness, where I worked on the production side on shows like OMG Yes! (Adult Swim), The Boys, and Good Times. I now work as the EA to the President of Film & TV at Higher Ground, the Obamas' media company, while completing graduate school.

Current MFA candidate in the Peter Stark Producing Program at USC ('25), Tisch NYU undergrad alum ('15), and based in Brooklyn thru 2019.
